NATIONAL MEDALS FINALS 2011

Declaration:

Region will be sending their chosen Medal Candidate to the National Medals Finals to be held at the Maple Ridge Equi-Sport Centre, located at 21973 132nd Avenue, Maple Ridge, British Columbia, August 25th – 28th, 2011.

Declaration Fee: $100.00 – due on or before May 15, 2011

Entry Fee: $250.00 – Due on or before June 15, 2011.

Chaperone Fee: $200.00 – Due on or before June 15, 2011.

All regions sending a candidate to the National Medal Finals must return this signed declaration form postmarked on or before May 15, 2011 with a $100 Regional cheque payable to BCLM Regional Pony Club. This fee is non-refundable.

BCLM strongly encourages Regions to choose their candidate’s based on a fully tested C1 level and a minimum age of 13 years.

The Organizers for National Show Jump 2011 will do their best to provide the most suitable mounts for the event. In order to ensure horse and rider safety, please provide the following important information.

RIDING/SHOW EXPERIENCE

Please give specific detail of yourriding and show experience in the past 3 years. Experience may include approximate number of different horses ridden, if you rode for others, types of horses, type of riding, clinics, employment as a working student, etc. Please include height of jumping both at home and at shows. Please tell us your discipline of choice.
