Rohwer’s medical interests include ophthalmology and orthopedic surgery. He offers the best possible care for his clients and their pets. Outside of work, he enjoys wordworking, fly fishing and photography. He also enjoys spending time with his family and pets, which include a Golden Retriever, two barn cats and five chickens.

The W. Kenneth McKersie Service Award was established in 1996 as the MVMA Service Award and was renamed in memory of the late Dr. Kenneth McKersie in 1989. It is given each year to an MVMA member for cumulative service and accomplishments benefiting the profession of veterinary medicine, the community and the association.
