Calling notice for the 17thmeeting of ISO/TC 67/SC 4

I am pleased to announce that the U.S. has offered to host the next plenary meeting of ISO/TC 67/SC 4in San Francisco, CA on21-22June 2007 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. A preliminary Agenda is posted as 67/SC4 document N365.

Please note that this meeting will be held the week before the 2007 API E&P Standards Conference 25-29 June 2007. For more information on the API conference, go to

The provisional schedule for the plenary meeting is as follows:

Please mention the API 2007E&P Standards Conference to receive the group rate of $199 single or $219 double occupancy, plus applicable state and local tax.The deadline date for making reservations is June 4, 2007. After June 4, 2007, hotel reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate for a limited time.

There is no registration fee for the SC4 Plenary Meeting; however, those delegates wishing to participate in the API E&P Standards Conference the following week will need to register separately for that meeting.

If delegates require a personal letter of invitation to the meeting in order to obtain a travel visa, please notify me as soon as possible. If delegates wish for the letter to be sent to a particular embassy, delegates must supply the postal address, fax number and/or e-mail address.
