STORING “ONE TOUCH” KEYS
Please note there are 9 one touch keys on your handset, with the ability to store 2 numbers under each button, the 2nd number stored is accessed by pressing the SHIFT key & then the one touch key.
1. Lift handset
2. Press STORE Key.
3. Enter number to be stored (remember “0” for external numbers)
4. Press STORE Key again
5. Select memory location by dialling # and location Number
(To store a second number under the same button press SHIFT # before entering the location number (ie the first button will be # 1 and also SHIFT # 2 + the no.)
REDIAL
Allows you to redial last number called from you handset
ON HOOK DIAL
Allows you to dial numbers without using the lifting the handset
The volume control for hands free dialling is located on the right hand side of the handset
RINGER VOLUME
Located on right hand side of handset, adjusts handset ringer volume (Hi – Lo – Off)
RINGER TONE SELECTOR
Located underneath handset L, M, H selects ringer tone pitch
1. Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial required extension number.

3. Dial the external number you require.
1. Lift handset and listen for dial tone.
2. Dial 99
1. Advise the caller of your intention.
2. Press RECALL button (caller is now on hold)
3. Dial required extension number.
4. If the call is accepted, replace the handset.
1. If the extension is busy or there is no answer press RECALL to return to the caller.
1. Ask caller to wait.
2. Press RECALL button.
3. Dial * 7.
4. DO NOT hang up - place handset on desk.
5. To return to caller, replace the handset and your telephone will ring back with the held caller.
Allows you to book a call to a busy extension (Internal only)
1. On hearing busy tone
2. Press RECALL * 0 and listen for set tone.
3. Replace handset.
4. When both extensions are free your telephone will ring.
5. Lift handset and you will be connected to the ext. you required.
To Cancel
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial # 0.
3. Replace handset.
To pick up another telephone call which is ringing within your group.
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial * *
3. Speak to caller.
Allows you to pick up a call ringing outside your group
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial ##.
3. Enter extension number of ringing telephone
4. Speak to caller
Allows you to have a 3 way conversation
1. Whilst on a call press RECALL (your call is now on hold)
2. Dial 3rd party (When caller answers advise of your intention)
3. Press RECALL to connect all parties together.
NB. Any party may exit the conference at any time by hanging up.
The other 2 parties will remain connected as long as one of them is
an internal extension number.
To redirect all calls to another extension.
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial * 1.
3. Dial extension number to which your calls are to be redirected and listen for set tone.
4. Replace handset.
To Cancel
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial # 1.
3. Replace handset.
To redirect you calls to another extension if not answered after 5 rings.
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial * 2.
3. Dial extension number to which you calls are to be redirected and listen for set tone.
4. Replace handset.
To Cancel
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial # 2.
3. Replace handset.
To redirect your calls to another extension if your extension is busy.
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial * 3.
3. Dial; extension number to which your calls are to be redirected and listen for set tone.
