Do you know a Husson graduate (a minimum of ten years out) who has done something outstanding with his/ her life? Is there someone from the community who has helped Husson achieve its mission? The Alumni Association is seeking nominations for the following honors:
• The Alumni Hall of Fame honors those alumni who achieve outstanding success in their profession or who have made extraordinary contributions to their communities, Husson, or to public service. Non-alumni who have made a significant commitment to Husson will be considered.
• The Alumni Sports Hall Fame honors those who have achieved outstanding success in varsity athletics at Husson, or who have had a major impact on athletics in their community. Non-alumni and coaches who have contributed significantly to the great Husson athletic tradition will also be considered for inclusion in the Husson Sports Hall of Fame.

Please describe below those activities, achievements, and contributions made by the
nominee that you believe qualify him/her for this award. Include relevant supplemental
material such as newspaper clippings. Please submit as much information as possible. It
is permissible to attach additional sheets to this application form if needed. This is the
only information that will be used by the Selection Committee to chose finalists.
Outstanding Contributions: Please describe in detail the nominee’s overall contribution
to Husson and or the Alumni Association or community.
Outstanding Achievements: Describe outstanding characteristics of the nominee which
reflect on the nominee’s leadership and service to the school and or alumni association.
Awards: List any awards received by the nominee that would enhance his/her
nomination.
(For Sports Hall of Fame) Outstanding Athletic Achievements: Please give evidence
of the nominee’s outstanding achievements in athletics. Be specific. Include personal
statistics and any individual or school records set by the nominee.
