R Avila 12/13/17-12/17/17 … Me and my wife stayed in this great private and cozy cabin for 4 nights. The cabin is conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg hiking trails and attractions. It has an amazing view of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. It is located in an area affected by the last wildfire they had in the area, but it barely deters from the overall experience. I would recommend it to any of my family members or friends looking for a place to stay in the Tennessee mountains. Great mountain vacation experience!

Eagle's Spread is an amazing cabin located nearly at the top of a hillside which looks out onto Pigeon Forge and the surrounding foothills leading up to the Great Smoky Mountains. Upon arrival, we spent a fair amount of time on the back porch gawking at the views, which the twinkling lights from the town below at night are only outdone by the stunning sunsets. Watching the last sliver of sunlight dip beneath the Tennessee Hilltops is definitely a sight to be seen! Not a far walk away, and you can also catch an amazing sunrise over the Great Smoky Mountain range on the opposite side of the hill that Eagle's Spread is on! Also to note, the surrounding area was ravaged by wildfire in late 2016, where Eagle's Spread itself was unaffected, but 16,000 acres of hillside and neighboring cabins burned completely, causing Eagle's Spread to be one of the more secluded cabins on the hillside; however, despite the devastation that the fires caused there are cabins being rebuilt all over the hillside and the greenery has made a huge comeback, which is nice to see. Another random side-note, the elephant ear plants on the hillside are HUGE, I'm talkin' like 9ft tall! As far as rooming in Eagle's Spread goes, there is a lovely master bedroom which also features a Jacuzzi tub that has a perfect view of the lights at night. There were only 4 of us staying at Eagle's Spread, but the two futons and large sofa offered the other 2 plenty of room to spread out on, and there is plenty of floor space to bring an air mattress if you desired. The game room was another incredible part of Eagle's Spread as well. I thought it was cheesy how every cabin rental place that I looked up had a pool table in it, until I started playing pool with friends and ended up having a great time and making incredible memories. My fondest of which was actually on the air-hockey table, which is so fun to play! If you stay at Eagle's Spread and don't hoot and holler in the game room, then you're not living!! All of this topped of by a dip in the hot tub and amazing sunset views. I could ask for more from a cabin rental! I would recommend this residence to anyone that is looking to have a weekend getaway to the hillsides, and will definitely be re-booking Eagle's Spread when I find myself in East Tennessee again! S Gerber 8/7/17-8/10/17 … Wow, this cabin was absolutely perfect for my girls and I and far exceeded our expectations! The view from the deck was just breathtaking and could even be enjoyed while sitting in the hot tub. So many relaxing and happy memories were made during our short stay here and we can hardly wait to go back. The fact that we were just a quick drive away from the Pigeon Forge attractions meant we could have the best of both worlds every day. It was perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay! My girls and I just loved it!

Reaching this cabin and the views will require traveling through curvy roads into the mountains so consider traveling during daylight hours. Definitely enjoyed our visit. We thought the location was beautiful and my children really enjoyed the game room.
J Thomas 7/4/17-7/7/17 … Our family had an amazing trip to the Smokey Mountains. We we'rent sure what to expect never having visited Pigeon Forge or stayed in a cabin on a mountain side. Well we were blown away by the Eagle Spread. Rick, our kids had an unforgettable time and I want to thank you for making it possible. The views were stunningly beautiful and the cabin was beyond our expectations.We're already looking at the calendar to see when we could come back. Dollywood's fireworks could be seen while in the hot tub each night and i loved seeing the clouds rolling through the valley like smoke. We saw a Momma Bear and 2 cubs at great smokey national park and the did Alpine Coaster at night. We went to Dollywood after 3pm and an entire next day at the park for free. The rides and shows were awesome. We slept great each night and woke up to the sweetest view ever. The shower, kitchen, cable, appliances were top shelf and games were perfect for the kids. My Wife kept telling me I did really good booking ES and she hoped it would be like what we experienced....and it was what hoped and more. Thanks again Rick!
S Dalley 4/5/17-4/8/17 … We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles' Spread, the view from the balcony is spectacular. The place is very clean and perfect for a couple with kids. If you want to have a view from the top of the mountain this is the place, as I mentioned before the view is fantastic. We would definitely come back to this place again. Sky was very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly.

L Burkett, 11/23/15-11/27/15 … My family are Dollywood fanatics! We come to the area almost every month. The last few times, we stayed at Bear Butte, and LOVED IT! When we heard that Sky Ventures got this new cabin, we had to try it. Eagles’ Spread is PERFECT for us!!! It is about 5 minutes from Dollywood. In fact, you can hear the Dollywood train whistle from the back deck. It is a roomy cabin, despite being listed as a 1bedroom. It’s actually a 2 bedroom, but one of the bedrooms has been converted to a game room, so there are no beds in there, but there is still a nice full size bathroom available for my kids and grandchild to use. The futons for guests were in the living room, and my family enjoyed the slumber party feel they got while using them in that large room with a view. It has all new wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and nice décor. It’s beautiful! The view is amazing. The evening colors at sunset(with mountains all around) were incredible. And perhaps even better were the night lights. It was fun looking around the valley to see the Island’s lighted Ferris wheel and other interesting landmarks. Since the entire cabin wall is glass, the view is available throughout the cabin, day and night, even from the king sized bed in the master.
We were the first guests in the newly renovated cabin, and the fireplace did not yet have gas hooked up, but when it does, it will be very romantic, as it is viewable to the guests in the great room, as well as in the master bedroom. The sauna and hot tubs worked well, which we enjoyed during the cool evenings. There is even a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, but we chose to use the hot tub outside instead. The kitchen was well appointed, and had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner (except we had to buy a foil roasting pan for the turkey). The price was fantastic, as we got a last minute discount when the cabin was ready to rent. Even at the listed price, it is a bargain when compared with the older run-down cabins is crowded neighborhoods we usually rent. Though there are a few cabins around, you really don’t see then from this one. It’s great!
