A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to directing payment, after approval, of certain miscellaneous claims and judgments against the state out of funds designated by this Act; making appropriations.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION1.TRUSTEED PROGRAMS WITHIN THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR. (a) The following sum of money is appropriated out of the Oil Overcharge Account No. 5005 for payment of itemized claims against the State of Texas:
