Yoga for Everyone Classes
This class caters for all ages and abilities.

Designed for people with stiff muscles and joints.

Focusing on improving range of movement;

strengthening bones and muscles; balancing and breathing.

Gentle enough for the beginner and adaptable for the more experienced.

Daytime - Wednesdays and Fridays - 9:30am to 10:30am
Evening - Mondays and Wednesdays - 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Yoga Fresh
A great way tostart your weekend.
Feel stretched and invigorated andleave feeling blissfully relaxed.
This class caters for all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome.
Saturday 8:00am to 9:00am.

Classes are held at the Tranmere Hall, 27 Tranmere Road

$15 for casual class, $65 for a 5 class pass or$60 for5 class concession pass

No set class blocks, just pay when you are able to come.

Pregnant Ladies are welcome to attend any of my classes.

I will adapt the class to accommodate and keep safe the growing babe.

Massage

I am a qualified Sports and Swedish Masseuse.

This can be a relaxing massageto help nurture and calm both the body and mind; or a treatment massage which will work with the body to help it to recover and rehabilitate from un-ease or injuries.The best massage is to combine both of these types so that you can leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Massage by appointment only.
