1.THE EVENT
Date:Tuesday the 18th ofFebruary 2017
On the spot: Amphi 120 at Les Carmes/ Clermont-Ferrand / France
Audio & visual connection: Worldwide Re-transmission through Arkadin Event
3 different sessions:
- From 8 am to 9:30 am – French Time slot (conference will be held in English)
- From 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm– French Time slot (conference will be held inFrench)
- From 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm – French Time slot(conference will be held inEnglish)
2.YOUR PARTICIPATION and WHAT YOU NEED
At the FORUM(France/Carmes) / -Please come minimum 5 mins before your session at the amphi 120 / Carmes
Individual connection
/ -A Computer with an internet connectionto watch the presentation online
-A phone
Multi-cast connection
/ A room equipped with :
- a computer with an internet connection to watch the presentation online
- a phone with good loudspeaker
- a projection screen
3.THE CONNECTION PROCESS to the AUDIO & WEB CONFERENCE
For both audio & web, connect 5 minutes before.
3.1.Audio connection by phone
Dial the number corresponding to your country. See attachment below:

You will receive vocal instructions and you will hear music and be on hold until the conference begins.
3.2.Web connection
Please click directly on the following link: (you can test it before the event to make sure it’s working)

You will be directed on Arkadin plateform- If you are already registered, please enter your email to get all your identificationdata
- If you are not registered yet, please register your participation with your identification and choose the appropriate session
Then, click on your session
If you need to attend to a different session of the one selected the day of your inscription, please register to this session and then click on the corresponding button: /

4.VARIOUS INFORMATION
During the conference:
- For any audio help, please dial *0 on your telephone keypad. An operator will help you shortly.
- We will have a Q&A exchange at the end of your session:you can ask questions at any time during the presentation.
- By phone: Press 01 on your phone to enter the queue for the Questions and Answers session, then an operator will give you the floor when it will be your turn.
- Ask your question by SMS! Grab your mobile phone, go to enter the following code 11 68 70 to write and send your question.
