BUSINESS SIGN UP

Thank you for your interest in our first EDGE District Sip & Stroll. We know it will be a great event bringing in LOTS of visitors, so are glad you’re taking part!

There is only one requirement for participating as a business stop on the stroll, and that is to serve between 1 oz. to 4 oz. of a complimentary beverage to each guest carrying our event cup. We will have those cups clearly marked and guests will be wearing our wristbands. (In lieu of beverages, if you prefer to serve complimentary food, please indicate in the form below.)

What beverage? Wine, beer, or specialty drinks are encouraged, but it’s up to you! Consider selecting a drink that ties into the theme of Halloween and/or your business. We encourage you to partner with a brewery, distillery, bottle shop, or distributor to provide the samples. (That gives them valuable promotional exposure while saving beverage cost for you, and if they serve the samples it also frees up your staff.)

How many guests? This is our first stroll, so it’s hard to guess but our max is 500. And of those, only a portion will drink at all stops. So when we finalize the number of stops, we’ll provide you with a recommended number.

What hours? 12-4 pm on Sunday, October 29. Opening later or closing earlier only disappoints our visitors, so please don’t. It’s very important that all stops are open for the entire event.

What do I get? Event proceeds go to support our important district improvement projects, which benefits all of us! AND the event will bring a large flow of visitors to your business, and you’ll be promoted on our website, mobile app, social media, and event map!
