  • Elevate our commitment to The Rotary Fund (TRF) – remember this is a commitment beyond our own club foundation – “The Burnsville Rotary Foundation”. This is our outreach to the world. There are three parts to TRF – the Annual Fund, the Polio Plus Fund and the Endowment Fund

-EREY - Every Rotarian Every Year

-Polio Plus – at least $2,650

-Member Contributions to the Annual Fund - $15,800

-We want to have four members in the Paul Harris Society - $1,000 per year to TRF

  • Reach out in Humanitarian Service

-Honor our Commitment to Our Partnership with Fairview Ridges for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Rooms

-Attend a Grants Management Seminar

-Sponsor or partner with another Rotary club on an international project

-Sponsor a District Grant Application

-Co-Sponsor a District Grant Application

  • Make sure we get credit for what we do

-The President and the Secretary have to REPORT to RI

-At least half of our members identify skills and interests on My Rotary

  • Have A/V System up and active at every meeting – Have the agenda showing on it
  • Elevate the Quality and Relevancy of our weekly programs
  • Conduct a Club Visioning Session at one of our Club Assembly Days
  • Organize our house a little more

-Re-adopt our restated Constitution and Bylaws
