BURLESON COUNTY’S “BIG SPRING CLEAN” 2017

If your group would like to assist in the “Big Spring Clean” please complete this form and a Volunteer Registration form for each participant. Please list the details of the cleanup or beautification project below under “Project Description”. If your groupneeds help selecting a project, Burleson County can work with your group to help you determine a cleanup and/or beautification project.

Group Representative will:

  • Distribute a volunteer registration form to each participant in their group - regardless of age
  • Collect a volunteer registration form for each member of their group
  • Check to see that each form is complete and has a signature or signatures -Under age 18 must have their signature and parent or guardian signature
  • Complete their own volunteer registration form
  • Complete the group registration form
  • Complete the “Big Spring Clean” wrap up report
  • Assign an individual to take at least 1 before & 1 after project picture (these pictures are required)

Suggestion: Before – a group photo showing the area that will be cleaned

After – a group photo of the project participants with the accomplished project

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!

All group representatives or individuals must complete the “Big Spring Clean” wrap up report. This report will be available on the county website and is a part of the volunteer packet. This report ispdf fillable form and request information about your cleanup/beautification project, including pictures. This information is valuable to our county and will help us to achieve new cleanup/beautificationgoalsand grant request in the future!
