I builder/client name and registration numberconfirm that the following items/matters have been carried out for the above project

REMOVE WHAT IS NOT APPLICABLE

  1. The dwelling has been constructed to comply with the requirements of the 6 Star Energy Efficiency and or Deemed to Satisfy report (Report No…………….dated……..)and associated drawings (where applicable)
  1. The artificial lighting has been installed in accordance with Part 3.12.5.5 of the BCA and the approved artificial lighting plan and/or calculations schedule.
  1. Wet Areas have been sealed (waterproof and water resistant) with a compliant waterproofing membrane in accordance with Table 3.8.1.1 of the relevant National Construction Code Series Building Code of Australia Volume 2 ("BCA") and comply with AS3740-2010, the Australian Standard for 'Waterproofing of Domestic Wet Areas'.
  1. The dwelling has been constructed to comply with the requirements of AS3959-2009 and Bush Fire Attack level (BAL-LOW, 12.5, 29, 40, FZ) and the Fire Management Report (where applicable)
  1. The Building Elements (Separating Walls) have been constructed to achieve the required Rw or (Rw + Ctr) Sound Insulation and Fire Resistance Level (FRL) as specified in Part 3.8.6 & Part 3.7.1 of the BCA or alternatively in accordance with the propriety wall system specified on the Approved Building Permit Plans (where applicable)
  1. The Building Permit conditions have been complied with and carried out on site.
  1. We confirm that the Re-Inspection items as stated in Inspection Direction dated………….has/have been rectified from the final inspection (photos and signed confirmation attached).
  1. The accredited External Wall Cladding has been installed in accordance with the Manufactures Specifications.
  1. All treads to stairs have been installed with a non-slip finish or a non-slip strip to nosing in accordance with Part 3.9.1 of the National Construction Code.
  1. The soil has been compacted in accordance with Engineer Design & AS2870-2011.
  1. I builder/client name and registration numberconfirm that prior to the pre-slab/footings installation/preparation, the soil has been compacted in accordance with the Building Permit Approved Engineering design, compaction notations, compaction report (Report No…. dated…. where applicable) and AS 2870-2011 controlled fill and/or Rolled fill (Clause 2.5.3 & Clause 6.4.2)
  1. The finished floor level must achieve a minimum 300mm for dwelling & 150mm (outbuilding) above the applicable flood level (.....m) obtained from the Melbourne Water Australian Height Datum. We confirm that these have been achieved as per the levels provided on plan and via Melbourne Water and Relevant Council
