Description:
This machine is able to accommodate various sizes and requirements.Designed especially for tea type products.
The filling operation is achieved via the incorporation of volumetric cups fitted with a servo motor for precise volume control.
The volumetric volume and feed rate are all able to be interchanged to allow for a wide variation of volumes.
Multiple products and product densities can be accommodated through easy change over’s of the cup feeder.
The speed and volume are controlled through the operator interface.
Film registration and film length are electronically controlled and precise cut position and length are set on the operator interface.
The machine is manufactured from a combination of materials that are suited to the operation design ie. Aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics.
Sealed bearings are incorporated in the jaw assembly and no lubrication is required.

Payment Schedule:
Standard payment conditions:
1. Deposit payment based on 40%
2. Mid Payment based on 50% pre shipment (Shipment to IMC factory to be effected after this payment)
3. Final Payment post FAT* (including final 10% of vat payment)
4. Commissioning and Installation costs to be paid post successful commissioning

NOTES:
1 All prices are ex works (quotes for shipping can be arranged)
2 Prices exclude VAT
3 Rand pricing is based on an exchange rate of R7.0 to US$ 1
4 Travel, labour and installation are excluded. (unless quoted for specifically)
Should you wish us to install and commission the machines, then following rates will apply and hourly rates will be as follows:
a. Engineer R 600 per hour
b. Technician R 385 per hour
Additional work at the clients request will also be carried out at the above rates.
Additional materials used at the clients request will be charged at cost plus 10%.
Please note that installation costs will be calculated based on normal working hours. Should you require the installation to be carried out over a weekend, then overtime rates shall apply. These are a premium of x 1.5 for Saturdays, and x 2 for Sundays and Public holidays
4. IMC VALUE ADDED SERVICES
IMC Engineering Solutions and partners offer a full range of services, ranging from the fabrication and supply of new equipment, to the refurbishment of existing. We also carry extensive knowledge and experience in Food Safety, ISO Quality Management Systems and HACCP applications.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery subject to order confirmation and deposit payment and as per discussions held at your premises.
Final exact delivery dates can be confirmed on placement of orders in China
6. Rate of Exchange variation
Shipping Cost On delivery to your premises and submission of shipping

Rate of Exchange variation Note that should the ROE depreciate below the rate used on this quotation a separate
invoice will be generated to charge the differential.

7. GUARANTEES
All machines are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months against faulty workmanship
8. EXCLUSIONS
The supply and installation of in feed and out feed conveyors.
The supply of any other up stream and down stream equipment

10. FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING (FAT)
