While hunting with Trophy Buck Outfitter’s the owners and guides will do any and everything possible and to make my hunt outstanding! I agree to all rules set forth by the outfitters and landowners. I agree not to walk the property I am hunting, unless I shoot a deer and it falls in eyesight. I agree not to shoot any bucks unless they meet the 130-inch Pope & Young minimum class set forth by outfitters. If I shoot a buck that does not make the minimum requirements, I agree to pay the TBO a $500.00 fine. If I have shot a buck under 130 in the past with TBO I agree to pay TBO a $1000.00 fine. There is no trophy fee for shooting a buck that meets the above required minimum. I agree I will be required to wear a safety strap at all times while hunting from any tree stand or ladder stands on all property controlled by Trophy Buck Outfitters. I understand the safety strap is my responsibility and will not be supplied one by the outfitters, employees or guides.
I ______agree not to file any lawsuit’s or attempt to sue outfitter, guides, landowners, trusts, or entity with a present or future, possessors or non-possessors, legal or beneficial interest in any portion of the hunting property, and/or any members, managers, employees, agents heirs, next of kin, successors or assigns, for any injury, loss or damage that may occur while staying or hunting with Trophy Buck Outfitters. I agree also to release the landowners and Trophy Buck Outfitters from any claim that they are negligent or partly negligent in connection with injury, loss or damage to me, my property or anyone else, and their property in connection with my hunting or overall stay with above said parties. This also includes negligent on the part of the landowner and outfitter in conjunction with failure to warn hunter on roads, ditches, holes, tree stands, structures, shelters, fences, fields, timbered areas or any other place of hazard on the property. I consent to allow TBO to use any harvest pictures of myself and deer in advertisements, brochures and website.
I hereby agree to all provisions and conditions while hunting with Trophy Buck Outfitters.
