Phil is acting CEO. Richard has now left. New CEO to start in June 2016. RN is a member of TV Education and Strategy Board which covers Training, Commissioning, Pharmacist Pre-registration and is a member of the TV urgent care network
Professional Records Standards Body- national organisation Mental Health - Patient rep of the board – section patient use, medication given, why, dosage and where they get them from. Would like Pharmacists involved. RN will send us details. Consultation coming out locally then nationally for consultation and RN will make sure we are on the list.

5 / Bucks NHS Smokefree Support Service, Clare Hodsdon, Team Lead joined the meeting.
3 years ago there were 16% quitters through CPs.
This dropped to 6-7% this year. Bucks target for 2016-17 is 2,000 smokers.
Electronic cigarettes on the NHS? Only when we have a licenced medicines regulated e cigarette.
The training is now nationally led through the SET –this means the training will be the same wherever you are and you are able to take the qualification anywhere. Disadvantage- The training takes a long time to do on line.
Smokefree offers a choice of 4 supervison sessions a year. You only need to attend one session. This is a half- day practical session.
CO testing –Contractors are paid. A Contractor should buy their own CO monitors butalthough Bucks Smokefree may have some spare ones.

Clare has offered to put on some support training. LPC will fund an evening event and SA to arrange sponsorship.
There is a Smokefree newsletter.
Step by step log of how to claim. Claim on Pharmoutcomes and must send the monitoring form back to Smokefree. Claims are paid quarterly. Paid for quits and non quits.

If have reduced payments then there would have to be reduction in staff or reduction in working hours. / SA
