●In conjunction with President Larry Durian, Pat Morgan is developing a two-year plan for meetings etc.
●He has set a goal to raise the awareness of the Buckeye Santas throughout the state.

M)Old business-
●In January the President asked membership to allow a panel consisting of three past presidents and three additional members in good standing to be appointed to review the bylaws. The goal of the panel is to make recommendations for additions and/or corrections to the to the operating guidelines. Depending on the complexity this task may continue into the 2016 calendar year and administration.
►Santas Doug Baird, Tim Leasure, Don Beck (past presidents) and Mike Smith and Jim Lepi will serve on this committee.

►Open to all active members who demonstrate the highest level of service to the Santa community and enhance the image of the Buckeye Santas in a professional manner.
●Polar plunge at the Columbus zoo
►Santa Don back will be participating representing the Buckeye Santas Santa Larry Durian made a motion that the Buckeye Santas pay the $75 sponsorship fee, 2nd by Santa Mike Smith. Motion passed.
