This posts come at an exciting time within the development of Washwood Heath Multi-Academy Trust. Brownmead Academy is expanding to a two-form entry school and now require an EYFS teacher who can work with our fantastic children and offer a range of skills to complement our ambitious and highly effective teaching staff.

You will:

  • Help maintain our positive ethos within the academy in accordance with our school motto: “A school community that empowers and inspires all to reach beyond their potential.”
  • Have experience of teaching EYFS, particularly Reception;
  • Be a reflective and flexible practitioner
  • Contribute to the development of the academy and Washwood Heath Multi-Academy Trust in raising pupil standards
  • Enjoy working effectively as part of a team who are working towards a shared vision
  • Provide a visible presence to pupils, parents, carers and staff
