- Yoga classes offered at Secret Woods Nature Center -
WHAT: Secret Woods Nature Center in Dania Beach offers Yoga, for all ages, taught by Lynette Culp, an instructor with more than 30 years of experience. Culp’s body/mind/spirit yoga classes include breathing, meditation, visualization, and chakra work. Participants should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or thick blanket to each class.
The classes are offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., by appointment only, and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays. The fees are $10 per class and $90 for 10 classes; exact change is requested. All skill levels are welcome; first-timers should arrive to class early.

Founded in February 1956 and accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies, Broward County Parks and Recreation manages nearly 6,500 acres, encompassing 18 regional parks and nature centers, six neighborhood parks, and 21 natural areas at various stages of development.
