Obtaining the Discount
It is usually simple to get the AAA discount just by asking for it. If you already know which hotel you're interested in, either visit its website or call the reservation desk. When taking a reservation, some chains or independent properties ask for the specific 16-digit AAA membership number printed on your card. When booking on line, you may only need to know the three-digit club code, which is also found on the face of your card. You must present the actual card upon check-in.
Remember to always ask for the AAA discount.
