Rental Agreement Description:
I the undersigned agree to pay the following donation fees:
A deposit of $50.00 is required for each have a heart traps with $10.00 a day rental fee for each trap to be returned within five days no later then ten days. If the traps are kept longer then ten days allowed for $10.00 a day rental then, there will be a rental fee of fifteen dollars per day for everyday day the trap(s) are in the possession of the above person over the ten days allowed at $10.00 a day rental fee. The person will pay the deposit and rental fee in full at the time of picking up the trap(s)and the traps must be returned in good condition.
If the trap(s) are kept for over the ten days the above person must pay the rental for ten days and will lose their deposit and pay for the additional days the traps were in their possession until returned to Brookhaven Animal Rescue Alliance Ltd.
Trap(s) must be returned to Brookhaven Animal Rescue Alliance Ltd in the same condition as pick up from Brookhaven Animal Rescue Alliance Ltd.
A portion or all of deposit will not be returned if the traps have to be repaired, damaged, lost, stolen or damaged behind repair.
Rental fee is not wavered when using trap to transport cat or kittens to Vet office for surgery, only deposit for trap is refundable.
