HAMILTON COUNTY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

This scholarship is to be awarded to a graduating senior from Hamilton County Senior High School. To be considered, an applicant must meet the following guidelines:

1.A student must complete the application form.

2.A student must have a total of three profiles submitted to the committee. Two profiles for school personnel and one from outside of school.

3.A student must demonstrate that he/she is enrolled or accepted at any institution of learning.

Return the completed application to the Guidance Office. Have each profile completed and returned to the Guidance Office.
