Job Description

Provides effective and efficient administrative support to the HRA Team. Also assists in performing personnel functions limited to administrative services, internal communication and general HR and administrative queries.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Establishes and maintains all needed documents for medical insurance programs, application submissions for hospitals, etc.
- Maintains the medical insurance process by enrolling eligible employees in the program
- Handles Employee Medical Insurance application, claims, update of adding, canceling, upgrading medical options; issuance of cards, etc.
- Conducts regular update meetings with Departmental Admin. Assistants
- Maintains and controls the passports / formalities documents of all employees (issuance, renewal, cancelation)
- Prepares Employee Company ID processing - application, change update, issuance and cancelation or confiscation
- Coordinates business communication in the department and inter-departments
- Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of information in accordance with the HR Policies and Procedures ., pay increments, bonus, promotion/demotion, joiners/leavers
- Ensures the service given is delivered within HR and Admin. governance framework
- Ensures all accessed employee documents and files are returned and secured properly
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager

Computer skills:

  • Certificate from ORACLE CORPORATION on Introduction to ORACLE-9i SQL.
  • Certificate from NIIT on Developing Enterprise Applications and Web Services using J2EE Technologies.
