Teachers Level 1 Course
This is the first level of trampoline coaching for teachers and is essential before moving on to the level 2. It covers a skill set of, straight jumping, checking/stopping, shapes, twists, body landings, twisting into & out of body landings.
The course will start at 9.00am on both days, and will finish at 3.00pm.
Trampoline Teachers Course – Level 2
Part Two
12 hour course
Revision of Safety and Code of Practice
• Build up skills to front somersault including piked shape
• Build up work for back somersaults including piked and straight shapes
• Shaped body landing
• Aerial twisting
• Full twists to and from body landings
• Cradle, cat twist and half turntable
• Mechanics
• Competitions, routine construction and tariffing of skills
The course will start at 9.00am on both days, and will finish at 3.00pm.
Involves a written examination covering the theory of the Part 1 and Part 2 modules
Level 2 Refresher Day
A refresher day, covering the skills that were taught on the Level 2 course.
Teachers will be updated with the latest amendments in policy and skill progression.
The course will start at 9.00am, and will finish at 3.00pm.
Anyone doing the course should bring pens and paper.
Lunch and refreshments are not provided – Please bring your own.
