BRITBOUND HOSPITALITY PACK BOLT ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Part I - General

  1. The job we introduce a client to may be anywhere in the hospitality industry and might not be in his/her field of expertise.
  2. The job we introduce a client to is what is on offer and is not negotiable.
  3. The job we introduce a client to might be located anywhere in London.
  4. The BritBound Hospitality Pack Bolt On can only be booked in conjunction with a BritBound Basixor EssentialzPackage.
  5. BritBound will honour the commitment of the job insurance guarantee as outlined.

Part II - The jobs

  1. BritBound work with London based hospitality recruitment agencies who are constantly sourcing available positions with London employers to ensure a wide range of available jobs.
  2. The recruitment agency will introduce the client to jobs that they find them suitable for.
  3. The recruitment agency will arrange interviews and/or placements as time and availability allow and will not commit to aninterview on a specific day.
  4. The purpose of the job guarantee service is to offer you a platform which to start your UK experience. Thisservice will ensure that you have a cash flow to help you find your feet quickly. This will not necessarily ensure you employment in your chosen field. The positions placed for/offered within this packageinclude all categories of catering and hospitality positions which may include, but is not exclusive to;
  • Chefs
  • Bar Staff
  • Waiting
  • Kitchen Porters
  • General Assistants
  • Cleaners

Part III - Qualifying Criteria for Clients Purchasing the Package

  1. The client must be legally allowed to work in the UK.
  2. The client must have a minimum of 4 weeks before their arrival in the UK.
  1. Must be living within the greater London area
  2. The clientmust be at least 18 years old.
  3. The clientmust understand and accept the terms of this service.
  4. The clientmust provide their own uniform (for chefs this includes whites, knives and safety shoes)
  5. The client must be fluent in English.
  6. The client must be available for a minimum of 14 days work on completion of their registration. If the client is travelling or unavailable for work they must notify the recruitment agency and their registration will be completed on return to the UK.

Part IV - Job Guarantee Insurance and Conditions

A)i) BritBound will guarantee a job placement within 14 days. If, after 14 days, the client has not earned up to the value of their Job Start Promise Bolt On, BritBound will pay the client the difference.

  • The 14 days starts on the next day after the client has completed all appropriate interview, registration, and training processes.
  • The value of the package is calculated in pounds, regardless of what currency was used to purchase it. The value of the package is £140.

B)ii) BritBound will guarantee that the client will earn at least the value of their Job Promise Bolt On within 14 days. If the client doesn’t earn at least the value of their Job Promise Bolt On in 14 days, BritBound will pay the difference.

  • The 14 days starts on the next day after the client had completed all appropriate interview, registration, and training processes.
  • The value of the package is calculated in pounds, regardless of what currency was used to purchase it. The value of the package is £140.
  • Earning fees taken into consideration will be based on hours and days worked irrespective of whether the fees have yet been pay rolled.
  • Any worked earnings calculated in the £140 will be gross earnings.

C)The client will lose his/her right to claim job guarantee insurance under the following circumstances:

  • If the client refuses or rejects an interview arranged the recruitment agency
  • If the client does not turn up for an interview arranged by the recruitment agency
  • If the client is unsuccessful in an interview due to their own conduct, e.g. being under the influence ofdrugs or alcohol, not being neat and presentable, naming and/or negotiating his/her own demandswith the employer.
  • If the client rejects a job offer arranged by the recruitment agency
  • If information on the client’s application is found to be untrue
  • If the client is rejected by an employer because the qualifications, experience and references on theclient’s application are found to be incorrect and/or untrue.
  • If the client does not pass the training for a job that was approved for before training started.
  • If the client loses the job after he/she started with it.

Part V - The process

  1. Once a booking is received, BritBound will send the Client an application form and email requesting required information such as experience, curriculum vitas and in some cases a photo (on recommendation but not compulsory.)
  2. The Client must return all relevant documentation including the BritBound application form, curriculum vitas and references to BritBound at least 3 weeks before arrival in the UK.
  3. Once all of the required information is gathered, the recruitment agency will arrange for a UK interview date and time.
  4. After the interview takes place, the client will complete any appropriate training and the recruitment agency will go through all practicable steps to obtain a job offer for the client as per the outlines above

Part VI – Claim Process and Period for Job Insurance Compensation

  1. If the client qualifies to make a job insurance compensationclaim as per subsection A or B in Part IV of this agreement a written claim must be received by email or post to BritBound.

  1. The client will have 7 days after the initial 14 day period to make a claim (this period starts on the next day after the client had completed all appropriate interview, registration, and training processes).
  2. If the claim is not submitted within that allowed period, the claim will expire and the client will have noright to claim any job insurance compensation.
  3. By acknowledging this agreement the client gives authorisation to BritBound to access any of their payroll information in the event of a claim.

Part VII – Agreement
