SIGNIFICANT EVENTS

09/03 200 block of Fox Sparrow Disorderly Conduct/Peeping

The reporting party advised that on 09/03/10 at 0955 hours, a construction worker watching her while she showered in her home. The suspect was identified by the victim. This case was forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for review. Case #10-0903-0001.

09/03 Unit block of Old County Theft

The reporting party advised that on 09/03/10 at 2000 hours, an unknown subject took her mountain bike. The value of the loss is less than $400.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #10-0903-0002.

09/04 Brisbane Marina Stolen Vehicle Recovery

An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle had been stolen in Daly City on 09/02/10. The vehicle was unoccupied. The vehicle was recovered and removed from SVS. Case closed. Case #10-0904-0001.

09/04 Brisbane Marina Theft

The reporting party advised that between 08/29/10 and 09/04/10 an unknown subject took the gas cap, waste cap and gasoline his boat. The value of the loss is $120.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #10-0904-0002.

09/09 700 block of Swallowtail Warrant Arrest

An officer served an arrest warrant on a subject at his residence. The subject was arrested and transported to jail. Case closed. Case #10-0909-0001.

09/10 Unit block of Beatty Illegal Dumping

The reporting party advised that on 09/10/10 at 1720 hours, he saw two subjects dumping trash bags in the area. He was not able to get any identifying information from their vehicle. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #10-0910-0003.

09/11 Brisbane Marina Public Intoxication

Officers responded to a disturbance call in the area. Two subjects were contacted. Subsequent investigation revealed that one of the subjects was too intoxicated to care for her own safety. She was arrested and transported to jail. Case closed. Case #10-0911-0001.

09/14 200 block of Kings Identity Theft

The reporting party advised that between 09/04/10 and 09/08/10 an unknown subject used his checking account number to pass five checks and make electronic payments for merchandise. The value of the loss is $1,156.55. This crime did not occur in Brisbane and the case has been forwarded to the appropriate outside agencies. Case closed. Report #10-00914-0003.

09/16 400 block of Mariposa Impersonating an Officer

The reporting party advised that her tenant had threatened and intimidated her while purporting to be an Immigration Adjudication Officer. Subsequent investigation revealed that the subject had been using her sister’s identification and US Immigration badge to impersonate an officer. She was arrested, cited and released. Case closed. Case #10-0916-0002.

09/17 Unit block of Mariposa 5150 W & I

Officers responded on a report of a subject threatening to kill herself. She was contacted and officers determined that she was a danger to herself. She was transported to Peninsula Hospital for evaluation. Case closed. Report #10-0917-0001.

09/18 200 block of Industrial Theft

The reporting party advised that between 06/26/10 and 07/02/10 his co-worker took a bicycle that the reporting party was storing at their place of business. Subsequent investigation led to the recovery of the bicycle. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for review. Case closed. Case #10-0917-0001.

09/19 4000 block of Bayshore Driving Under Influence/Collision

Officers responded on a report of a solo vehicle collision. The driver of the vehicle was contacted at the scene. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to First Chance. Case closed. Case #10-0919-0001.

09/20 700 block of San Bruno Sexual Abuse

The reporting party stated that on 09/17/10 her juvenile daughter had been sexually abused by a juvenile boy. This investigation is on-going. Case #10-0920-0003.

09/22 Sierra Point/Lagoon Minor in Possession of Alcohol

An officer contacted the occupants of a vehicle parked in the area. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver, a minor, was in possession of alcohol. She was cited and released at the scene. Case closed. Case #10-0922-0003.

09/23 Bayshore/Old County DUI/Child Endangerment/Warrant

An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. He had a juvenile passenger. He also had a $20,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for driving with a suspended license. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Case #10-0923-0001.

09/25 Bayshore/Geneva Driving Under the Influence

An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was also in violation of his parole. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Case #10-0925-0001.

09/25 Beatty/Alana Warrant Arrest

An officer contacted a subject in the area who was known to have a warrant. The $10,000.00 warrant was from San Francisco PD for brandishing. The subject was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Case #10-0925-0003.

09/28 2800 block of Bayshore Theft

The reporting party advised that on 09/28/10 at 1230 hours, he saw a male subject inside his vehicle and later discovered that money was missing from the center console. The subject was later identified and questioned. This case is on-going. Case #10-0928-0001.

09/30 100 block of North Hill Warrant Arrest

An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that the driver had a $50,000.00 warrant from Santa Clara County for possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Case #10-0930-0001.

09/30 Beatty/Alana 5151 W & I

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the area. The subject was contacted and subsequent investigation revealed that he was a danger to himself and others. He was placed on a 5150 W & I hold and transported to Peninsula Hospital. Case closed. Case #10-0930-0002.

09/30 Beatty/Alana Theft

The reporting party advised that on 09/30/10 between 0500 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown subject took the rear license plate from his parked vehicle. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #10-0930-0003.

09/30 500 block of San Bruno Hit and Run Collision

The reporting party advised that on 09/30/10 between 0800 hours and 2000 hours, an unknown vehicle collided with her parked vehicle, causing damage to the right side. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #10-0930-0004.

09/20 Unit block of Plumas Expired Registration

An officer towed a brown Dodge van for having registration expired in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Case #10-0920-0002.
