Expression of Interest form
BRIMM Management Committee invites BRIMM members and friends for their enthusiastic participation in ‘Variety Entertainment’ program to celebrate our Ganesh Utsav. Please express your interest in presenting forms of dance/ drama-skits/ singing and music etc…

Due to the time constraints,group performances (involving 2 or more participants) would be given preference over the solo performers. Expression of interests involving only a single participant would be considered based on available time slots after accommodating all group performances.
As we are celebrating Ganesh Festival, BRIMM Committee request you to be mindful with the content of act, lyrics of the song and dance steps.
All performers are encouraged to forward your interest to BRIMM for further consideration.

Please note you have to submit the video files or slides at least two week in advance in MP4 format.

Please Note:
1)The management committee will endeavor their best to ensure selection of all programs. However, final selection shall depend on various factors including duration, type, and overall time constraint.
2)If the management committee considers the part of song lyrics, dance or dramaperformance is not appropriate for the event, the management committee may request you to amend your performances.
3)We will be hiring the audio/visual system from an external third party and are restricted by what is available. Hence it is important that you identify your requirements at your earliest.
4)It is your responsibility to accurately estimate the duration of your act. This committee is highly committed to time management and requests that all participants honor this commitment.
5)A full dress rehearsal shall be organized a week prior to the event on 26 August 2017 from 12noon to 5pm. Individual rehearsal time shall be confirmed in due course.
