Brighton Oasis Project is recruiting 4posts in East Sussex

Brighton Oasis Project is an innovative and creative organisation which aims to improve the lives and maximise the potential of the diverse range of women, children and young people affected by substance misuse.We have been commissioned by East Sussex County Council to develop a series of recovery focused activities throughout the county for women with drug/alcohol problems. All of these posts are part of this exciting initiative – the Oasis Women’s Recovery Service (OWRS).We are currently looking to recruit for a number of positions:

2x Full Time Project Worker (Female*)

37.5 hrs per week (FT)

£22,000 - £24,480 per year (depending on experience)

Part Time Project Worker (Female*)

22.5 hrs per week (PT)

FTE £22,000 - £24,480 per year pro-rata (depending on experience)

Interviews will take place Weds 30 May in Eastbourne

The roles are based in Hastings or Eastbourne but travel throughout the county will be a requirement

Young Person’s Therapist - Hastings

7.5 hrs per week (PT)

FTE £22,500 per year pro-rata

Closing Date: 9am, Monday 28 May

Interviews will take place Weds 6 June in Eastbourne

Please note: all the above roles will be on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2019.

*These posts are exempt under paragraph 7 (2) of the Sex Discrimination Act

Successful candidates will be passionate about women’s services and have a good insight into the needs of women in treatment. The post holders will have a track record of working with vulnerable people and be experienced in managing a caseload of complex clients in a calm, professional and enthusiastic way. You will be confident at delivering against agreed objectives and working in a challenging and changing environment. You will be passionate about changing the way services are delivered to people with multiple and complex needs
