All competitors MUST be members of Indoor Horse Driving Trials OR BHDTA. No entry will be accepted without Membership number to be stated on entry form. Join the BHDTA as an Associate for all year round insurance cover.

Entry fees will be refunded if withdrawal is made before the closing date. Refunds after this date will only be made on production of General Practitioners or Veterinary Surgeons certificate.

Stabling details:
Horseboxes must park as directed.
Portable stabling welcome.
(No paper bedding or electric fencing)
Catering:
Catering available on site from Thursday night.
Note:
1.NOVICE PRESENTATION. Will be 30 minutes before Dressage. Horse, harness, vehicle, driver and groom will be judge for condition, suitability, fit, cleanliness and general impression. Traditional and marathon vehicles will be marked equally.
2.It is compulsory for a suitable, properly secured hard hat to be worn by anyone on a carriage or riding at any time. Also whilst driving/passenger a motorcycle, motor scooter, quad or any such vehicle, at any time for the duration of the event.
- Water and toilets will be on site.
