To receive the recent update from North Lincolnshire Council.

Cllr. A.R.B. Nobbs had received an email from Naomi Boyd, the North Lincolnshire Council Definitive Map Officer, which stated that the Legal Department believe that Market Lane is of a higher status than a public right of way and have liaised with Highways to this effect.

Angela Cawkwell, the Principal Solicitor for the Council, is aware of the matter and, hopefully, she will be able to give a definitive answer as to the status of this route in the near future.

The meeting closed at 7.15 p.m.
