Brief Bio and Interest Statement – G. Maggie Griscavage

Candidate - NCURA Region VI Representative to the Board of Directors (2011-2012)

Statement of Interest

Thank you for considering my candidacy by reading what I have to say. I have been a member of NCURA, in both Regions II and VI, since 1989 with only one year break in loyalty. I’ve been volunteering my time in every way possible to me, the more so as I approach a level where I have so much to give back to this tremendous organization. Without NCURA I doubt I would have learned, earned and operated the skills I’ve acquired by studying and attending within the NCURA family. Some of the best ties that I treasure are with fellow-NCURA members who have now known me for many years, and with whom I am comfortable, honest, forthright and frank. It is with this ability to analyze, organize, and articulate what I believe is best for our Region at the highest level, that I propose to represent you all on the NCURA National Board of Directors as your regional representative. Have no fear that you will not be heard at the national level, or that I will not listen to you.

I will work diligently for our region as Region VI’s representative to the NCURA National Board of Directors, and am grateful for the opportunity to continue to give back.
