Intake Coordinator

Full Time Position

The Intake Coordinator (IC) is directly responsible to the Program Director of Bridgehaven Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and adheres to the mission of the Center.

The IC has the primary responsibility of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Enhancement Program, and works closely with the Program Director to foster better working relationships with the MDT. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Responsible for the coordination of the statewide intake (SWI) reporting process

-Receive and conduct a preliminary review of statewide intakes on a daily basis

-Data entry and case information logging

-Coordinating and scheduling forensic interviews

-Case Tracking information data entry

-Quarterly Statistical Report generation

-Outcome Measurement System data entry

-Other statistical reports and tracking as needed

·  Responsible for MDT Relationships, Facilitation & Coordination Efforts (10% OVAG)

-MDT Training and new member orientation

-MDT Appreciation Efforts

-Assessment of MDT relationships, satisfaction, level of participation, etc.

-MDT MOU and Working Protocols Review, revisions, and re-execution

-Case tracking follow ups with MDT

-MDT Case Review agenda development and facilitation of meetings

·  Any other duty or responsibility as the Executive Director or Program Director requires

Qualifications:

·  Children’s Protective Services Background, highly preferred

·  Bachelor degree in social services field or related field, preferred

·  Experience in computer data entry and word processing

·  Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·  Must possess organizational skills

·  Conflict resolution and mediation skills

·  Output and Outcome Data Collection, compilation, and evaluation

·  Able to work independently

·  Demonstrate positive outgoing attitude

·  Should be resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible-possessing a positive team-oriented attitude, tact, good judgment, cultural sensitivity, and high professional standards and ethics

·  Dependable transportation with insurance and willingness for local travel and minimal travel outside local area

·  Must submit to criminal history and Children’s Protective Services background check

·  Must execute confidentiality statement

·  Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws regarding child abuse a plus
