Brenntag Strengthens Focus on Water Additives in North America
Brenntag, the global leader in chemical distribution,strengthens their North American
Water Additives team by hiring Mr. Kevin Cope.
Kevinstarted his career at Petrolite where he focused on waste water treatment, oil demulsification, and oil processing chemicals. He then joined Dearborn Chemical as a Senior Wastewater Specialist where he was responsible for marketing, training, and technical support of the Eastern United States sales force. He eventually joined Calgon Corporation as a Senior Sales Engineer and also managed their technical training program. Most recently,Kevin was with Kemira and held roles in product management and business development.
In his new position as North American Application Specialist, Kevin will focus on our customers, delivering technical knowledge and support for our growing water additives business. He will also participate in charting new directions for product line development and expansion.
Brian Liotta, Marketing Director North American Water Additives stated, “Kevin’s knowledge and experience will play a key role in fulfilling our mission to become the preferred provider of water additives, and assist our customers with consultative problem solving.”
Brenntag operates more than 140 stocking locations throughout North America supplying both industrial and municipal customers with a comprehensive portfolio of products including flocculants, coagulants, biocides, scale control compounds, corrosion inhibitors, activated carbon, nutrients, and heavy metal removal chemistries.
