1. Crash hats must be worn and must bear the CE mark and a quality symbol, either BSI Kitemark, the SAI Global symbol or the official Snell label with number. The CE symbol on its own is not sufficient. PAS015:1998 and Snell E2001 are recommended. There will be a hat check and competitors not wearing the correct hat will not be allowed to take part. For XC riding over fences 0.8m high and above, a jockey skull cap with no fixed peak must be worn and it is strongly recommended that a jockey skull cap is worn for lower fences

2 Minimus competitors will not be forced to retire after 3 refusals at any one fence, but if they continue they must not impede following competitors and must retire after 2 falls as per Tetrathlon rules.

3. Horses may not be ridden by more than one competitor over the same course unless the riders are siblings.

4. A competitor may choose to ride a lower XC course than his/her Tetrathlon class but will incur 400 penalties for each level dropped. Please notify the organiser by 5pm on Saturday evening 14th April. No changes permitted on Sunday 15th April.

5.Back protectors and medical armbands must be worn. Armbands must be secured to the arm only.

6. There will be a £10 deposit charged for numbers. This will be refunded on return of the number.

7. Shooting -In the shooting range, guns must be kept in their cases until the Firing Point Steward gives the order to “unbox” them at the start of a Detail, and must be boxed again before competitors leave the firing point. At all other times air pistols must be stored in their boxes and locked in a secure place (i.e. in a vehicle out of sight). No person aged under17 may be responsible for, or carry a gun.

8. Ages will be taken from 1st January 2012 except Tadpoles (age on day of comp)

9. Competitors must be properly dressed for Prize Giving.
