Dear NAESB WEQ OASIS Participants,
A WEQ OASIS subcommittee meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday December 14, 2010 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Central, Wednesday December 15, 2010 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Central, and Thursday December 16, 2010 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Central. This meeting will be hosted by Entergy at the Entergy Corporate Building, 639 Loyola Ave., New Orleans, LA 70113, 7th Floor, Room 702. The following items will be discussed during the meeting from the 2010 Annual Plan Item 2.a.i.1 through 2.a.i.8 and 3.a.i, Network Service on OASIS:
· Update on Tech Team
· Update on Service Across Multiple Transmission Systems (SAMTS)
· Continue review of Timing Table
· New draft language for SUPERSEDED and DISPLACED provided by JT Wood
· State Diagram discussion (DNR and secondary)
· Slice of system review
· Continue review of NITS WEQ-002
· Continue NITS WEQ-003 new data element definitions, review and possible changes to existing data elements to accommodate NITS
· Preview of NITS WEQ-013
· Start development of SAMTS
