1.Approve Change Order No.'s 3-9, 9-16, and 28-19 for the new Boyd County High School
2.Approve second reading of Board Policy #09.36 - School-Related Student Trips
3.Approve the Preliminary Annual Financial Report for FY 2012
4.Approve to transfer $411,000 (four hundred eleven thousand dollars) in excess Capital Outlay funds to the general fund to pay for facilities maintenance expenses, subject to KDE approval
5.Approve to reduce the facilities maintenance budget by $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars) from the level approved in May in the Tentative Working Budget
6.Approve to set the bus travel allowance to schools at $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) to the high school, $2,500 (twenty-five hundred dollars) to the middle school, and $250 (two hundred fifty dollars) to each elementary school
7.Approve to set the Section VI allocation for supplies to school councils at $120.74 (one hundred twenty dollars and seventy-four cents) per ADA
