Volunteers Needed for Falcon Fest - June 3rd and 4th
Falcon Fest is an outdoor event, held rain or shine. Each grade gets a full day of nonstop fun as a treat for all of the hard work they’ve done this year. Students will spend half a day at FWFA sponsored events and half a day at Field Day activities sponsored/run by the FW Gym Teachers.
Parents are needed to help with the FWFA events only. They get to spend the day running games, inflatable rides, giving out refreshments, and having fun with the kids. We need parents to make this a success for our children!
Students will be bringing home a request for volunteers on Friday, May 1. Please fill out the form and send it back to the school by the deadline, Friday, May 15, 2015.
NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. To make sure children are safe and secure, any person who is NOT on the master volunteer list, will not be permitted on the premises during the Falcon Fest event. No exceptions. No siblings are allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
