I am writing you in behalf of 'Bounce Back' host Alfrieda Deas-Mikell, Saturday’s, 11a-12p, WZJY-TALK 1480-AM , founder of Bounce Back Incorporated, motivational speaker & author of‘Into The Marvelous Light’.

Let me just take a little of your time to tell you about the vision of 'Bounce Back' so that you can see how your support will really benefit the community. The focus of Bounce Back, Inc. seeks to provide the needed motivation mentally, physically and spiritually to overcome against all odds. The church community and religious leaders serve as our primary support base. Professional guests provide information and avenues of assistance.The talkshow best serves the community by addressing issues that are of current need and interest.

Further vision seeks to expand the 'bounce back' concept in the sponsorship of community events to promote the talents of our community. This is done through art competitions, park events, seminars, workshops, scholarship fund drives, and job fairs. It is our belief if people feel a part of the venture they will see the results of dedication and selfless service. They to may be inspired to take an active role not only in enhancing their personal lives, but will also have a more conscious identification with the process to hopefully share their gifts in the network of "Bounce Back, Inc."

From the 'success' stories of those participating in the process, this grassroots approach to 'each one, teach one' serves as a model non-profit, community outreach project. A concept such as this hasaided the productivity of the community as a whole. Through this effort by saving just a few the cause is not lost. However, we are guided to believe with a greater awareness, that this being a venture created for the people by the people, it is an appealing approach to reaching those who shun conventional agencies.

Bounce Back, Inc. will host its third"Family Day Festival, Saturday, July 25, 2009, 4 p.m. – 8p.m., at Marion Square in Historic Charleston. We ask that you be a proud sponsor or supporter of this event. We need your help by participating as a vendor, performer or financial sponsor of the event. All proceeds above cost will be utilized for Bounce Back, Inc. projects. We are non-profit,so all donations are tax deductible.
