Present: Jim Olson, Ryan Getzlaff, Norm Reitan, Rachel Patterson, Stacy Aasen, Dom Marsden, Chris Olson, Grace Parisien.
Absent: Tom Jorgenson, Joe Handeland, Travis Rybchinski
Minutes: Motion to accept Dom, 2nd Chris. Approved
Financial Report: Entry fee and Coaching voucher for Jess Marsden, coaching voucher for Boomer Patterson, Mike Aasen, Rob Siemens, and Tom Jorgenson. Motion to accept finances by Dom, 2nd by Stacy. Passed
Team Reports:
MM: Outdoor tourney discussed for Mighty Mites. This is in Brandon and $150CA. Motion to approve by Chris, 2nd by Rachel.
Mites: Coaches reported kids are having fun.
Squirts: good practice (Tues./Friday) One team, (7-3) other team (6-4-1)
Games coming up in Carievale, SK. Jan. 27, and both teams will play. No fee and is 75 miles away.
Peewees: good win vs. Minot
Bantams: (6-10-2) 7 skaters @ Shilo game- Maddie is no longer playing on this team. Stacy said she had informed Student Coach Costa of required helmet use.
10/12U: Competing, Tourney in Bismarck coming up
19U: Aberdeen weekend, improving, reported they have 2 hrs. practice/week.
Ref Report: Riley doing a good job, paid every 2 weeks.
Coach Cord. Report: Hoff met with coaches, main discussion on how we can get more ice time? Dom discussed purchasing 6 rings =$42, and “ Sweet hands” =$110. Motion by Ryan to purchase Sweet hands and 6 rings. 2nd By Chris. Passed.
Discussion regarding BBL coats to the coaches and/or managers for appreciation.
Will get quote and discuss at future meeting. Coaches fee was discussed. Motion by Jim to pay coaches ½ season, according to last yr. fee. 2nd by Chris. Passed.
Incident Discussed:
Shilo game, players entered our locker room, messed with equipment and pushing by urinal.
Bantam coach has handled this incident.
Breakfast Club: starting tomorrow, January 4-March 8??
7-8am Thursdays with Coach Hoff
Skates, helmets, sticks and gloves required.

Calendar Raffles: 3 people still have not returned to Stacy. Possible incentive next time to sell extra books.
Gun Raffle: tickets are printed.
Team Money bags: Discussion on 50/50 and cakes and other raffles during games. All proceeds to BBL otherwise needs to be approved by board.
Mighty Mites: 2nd session starts Jan. 13- $15 fee. Will be advertised in newspaper and radio.
Awards: discussion to skip this year. Stacy will check with BHS dates.
Goalie: discussion regarding goalies for the nets, something with hooks, Chris will check into this more. Also will contact NDAH goalie coach to come to Bottineau.
