Residential Service (C) (I)
MINIMUM CHARGE
Minimum charge monthly for each consumer shall be Two Dollars and sixteen (I)
Cents ($2.16), which minimum charge shall include the use of electric current
One (1) to twenty (20) KW hours per month.
NET MONTHLY RATE

The minimum charge is $1.50 for the first 3 kilowatts of the Billing KW plus $1.50 per kilowatt for all additional kilowatts of the Billing KW.
SERVICE TO MULTIPLE DWELLINGS (I)
When two or more separate dwelling units are supplied through one meter, the above quantities in the Residential Service Rate will be multiplied by the number of dwelling units supplied.
All bills rendered under this rate schedule are subject to Rider A-Purchased Power (I) Expense Adjustment Clause, applied to all KWh supplied during the billing period.

General Light and Power Service Schedule
LP – 1
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE
General Light and Power Service at secondary voltage.
NET MONTHLY RATE
$1.50 for the first 3 kilowatts of the Billing KW, includes first 10 KWH.
$1.50 per kilowatt for all additional KW of billing demand.
$.0840 per KWH next 1990 KWH (I)
$.0652 per KWH all additional KWH
The minimum charge is $1.50 for the first 3 kilowatts of the Billing KW plus $1.50 per kilowatt for all additional kilowatts of the Billing KW.
BILLING KW
The Billing KW will be determined by measurement by means of a demand meter installed by UTILITY when it is estimated that the demand exceeds 3 kilowatts. The Billing KW is 3 kilowatts where no demand meter is installed. Where a demand meter is installed, the Billing KW is the kilowatts supplied during the 30 minute period of maximum use during the current billing period. For billing purposes the Billing KW is taken to the nearest kilowatt, but not less than 3 kilowatts.
CONTRACT PERIOD
Not less than one (1) year.

(3 Kilowatts minimum)
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE
General Light and Power Service for not less that 3 kilowatts at secondary voltage, only when all such service is supplied through one meter.
MONTHLY RATE
$4.50 for the first 3 kilowatts of the Billing KW
$1.25 per kilowatt for all additional kilowatts of the Billing KW.
The above charges entitle consumer to use 10 KWH/KW for each kilowatt of the Billing KW.
$.0840 per KWH for the next 40 KWH per kilowatt of the Billing KW
$.0593 per KWH for the next 100 KWH per kilowatt of the Billing KW, but not more than 1,000 KWH.
$.0530 per KWH for all additional KWH.
The minimum charge shall be no less than the minimum contracted kilowatt demand.
BILLING KW
The Billing KW shall be the highest number of KW supplied during the thirty (30) minutes period of maximum use during the current month but not less than ½ of the highest during any of the preceding eleven (11) months. For billing purposes, the Billing KW shall be taken to the nearest kilowatt. In no case shall the Billing KW be less than the minimum quantity then under contract and reserved for consumer.
CONTRACT PERIOD
For not less than one (1) year.

General Light and Power Service Schedule
GLP - 3
(Large General Service at Secondary Voltage or Higher)
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE
This rate schedule is for large general service at secondary voltage, or at a higher available voltage at the option of the customer. Where necessary, the Utility furnished and maintains one transformation from line voltage to a lower Utility standard service.
MONTHLY RATE
$3.66 per kilowatt for the first 100 kilowatts of the Billing KW.
$2.66 per kilowatt for the next 100 kilowatts of the Billing KW.
$2.33 per kilowatt for the next 800 kilowatts of the Billing KW.
$2.00 per kilowatt for all additional kilowatts of the Billing KW.
The above charges entitles customer to use 50 KWH for each kilowatt of the Billing KW.
$.0465 per KWH for the next 50 KHW per kilowatt of the Billing KW, but not less than 5000 KWH.
$.0440 per KWH for the next 150 KWH per kilowatt of the Billing KW, but not more than 150,000 KWH.
$.0381 per KWH for the next 200 KWH per kilowatt of the Billing KW.
$.0372 per KWH for all additional KWH.
BILLING KW
The Billing KW is the kilowatts supplied during the 30 minute period of maximum use during the on-peak hours of the current month, but not less than 70% of the highest KW demand during any of the preceding eleven (11) months. The minimum Billing KW is 25 kilowatts.
ON-PEAK HOURS
Mondays to Fridays inclusive (Excluding Holidays): 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Utility reserves the right to change from time to time the hours specified in accordance with the operating conditions on Utility’s system.
