Bookings should be made in advance for the sessions required.

Where vacancies exist, occasional weekly or daily sessions may be booked via telephone or email.

An email invoice will be sent to parents on a monthly basis and payment must be made in full within two weeks of the invoice date via ParentPay or Childcare Vouchers.

Please ask for details if you wish to set up payment using a Childcare Voucher company.

We are no longer able to accept cash or cheque payments.

The session charges for Tops and Tails for the 2017/18 academic year will be as follows:

Session (including either a healthy breakfast or a snack tea) / Cost
Breakfast Club – 7.30am until the start of the school day / £ 5.00
After school session /Homework Club – up to 1 hour
(e.g. 3.30-4.30pm or after a club 5-6pm) / £ 6.50
After school session – over 1 hour and up to 1 ½ hours
(e.g. 3.30-5pm or after a club eg.4.30-6pm) / £ 9.50
After school session- 1 ½ hours – 2 ½ hours (e.g. 3.30-6.00pm or 3.30-5.30pm) / £ 12.50
After school session- 2 ½ hours – 3 hours (e.g. 3.30-6.30pm) / £ 15.00

Girls in years 3-6 (Monday to Thursday only)

Older girls now attend a separate Homework Club until 4.30pmin the Discovery Zone located in the Hayes building.This will allow them an appropriate atmosphere in which to complete their homework, use laptops and enjoy quieter activities.

The club is supervised by the usual Tops and Tails staff and the same charges apply.

Girls can be collected directly via the door that leads from the car park in Grove Road.

At 4.30pm, any remaining girls will be brought down to the usual Tops and Tails Classroom.

Please note that Tops and Tails closes at 6.30pm.

A late fine of £10.00will be charged if children are collected after this time

When dropping off and picking up, please turn immediately right when driving through the Cheam Rd gate and park in one of the spaces allocated for Tops & Tails drop off.

It is absolutely vital that this is strictly adhered to for the safety of all children.

Please do not exit via the entry gate.

It would be appreciated if you could inform Tops and Tails in advance if, for whatever reason, your daughter does not require a booked session. Please note that charges will be raised for cancellations of bookings where less than 24 hours’ notice has been given.

Please note that term ends onThursday 29th March and the Tops and Tails session will run from 12.15 until 3.15pm. All girls must be collected by 3.15pm on that day.

Girls return to school onTuesday 17th April 2018 for the beginning of the Summerterm.

Please place the booking form in an envelope and mark for the attention of Tops & Tails.
