Booking Your First Shows Is As Easy As 1, 2, 3


Enclosed you will find everything you need to have a successful catalog Show.

• 2 catalogs

• 15 order forms

• Our monthly Host Bonus for you and your Guests

• 2 sets of Guest Lists/Wish Lists/40 Friends in 4 Minutes forms (for your friends who will

book their own Shows)

After you have looked over everything on this information sheet and in your Show packet, you should begin to contact those on the enclosed copy of your Guest List who would have received a Mini-Catalog in the mail and begin getting your orders.

  1. Order Forms.The shipping charges are listed below. Use the tax rate of the city your shipment will be delivered to. You MUST/MUST NOT TAX the shipping.

  1. All checks are made payable YOU. You will want to collect payment for the orders as you receive them. Anyone who pays with a personal check for their order will make the check payable to you.
  1. Get the most FREE! For you to receive the most FREE products of your choice, you need at least 15 orders and two bookings. With 15 orders you will receive the monthly Host Bonus absolutely FREE (see enclosed flyer). Getting 15 orders is very important. And two bookings will give you double FREE! As you are taking orders, be sure and ask your friends and family if they would like to earn FREE and discounted products like you are doing. When they say “YES,” give them a copy of the Wish List/Guest List and a 40 Friends in 4 Minutes form. Have them fill these out completely and return them to you before we close your Show. You will receive booking credit for each of these that you return to me when we close your Show.

  2. Ask your friends if they will able to look over the catalog and place their order within 24 hours. Let them know that you need the catalogs back to give to others and that you have many people to see in a short period of time. This will give them a deadline and a sense of urgency.
  3. I’m also enclosing a few of my business cards. You can pass these out when your catalogs are with someone else. They can go to my Web page and view our catalog right online and contact you with their order.
  4. E-mail friends and family and inform them you are doing a catalog Show, give them my Web page address and have them go online and look at the catalog for easy shopping. Have them contact you with their order. They cannot place their order online.

Closing your Catalog Show

  1. You will give me the customers’ information. (Name, address, e-mail and phone number.)
  2. Item numbers, brief description, color choice (if applicable) and price of all items that they are ordering.
  3. I will do a quick tally and then inform you of what you have earned in FREE and half-price items.
  4. The next day you can mail me any Wish Lists/Guest Lists for which you have received booking credit.

It’s quick, simple and very easy! If you will not be paying with a debit/credit card, you will then need to mail me a check or money order made payable to Signature HomeStyles for the Show. When you pay for the Show with a personal check or money order, you will receive your item within 14-18 days of your Show closing date. Remember, the quickest and easiest way is to use a debit or credit card. We won’t have to worry about delayed or lost checks in the mail and you’ll also receive your items 7-10 days faster!
