Book Report for Ms. Flores’ Class

Fault in Our Stars

For the 2014 summer reading project, all students were asked to read “The Fault in our Stars.” Considering you have finished the novel, read the following instructions carefully. All items will be graded for one complete grade worth 60 points (10 for each one picked). Any questions please contact Ms. Flores ASAP. You will be given some time in class to finish, but do not depend on this time to complete your work. Please try your best, as this work will be presented during back to school night and English night!

All your work will be stapled (if possible) or in a folder together. DO NOT LOSE THIS PAGE! On the back I will input your grade. This paper will lie on top of all your work.
