(averages an ad an hour for 17 hours per day for seven days prior to your event.)

  • Twenty-Five (25) produced promotional commercials (minimum) in the week prior to the remote broadcast to encourage listeners to attend your event!
  • WMVR announcers will give numerous Live mentions throughout the preceding week of your Live Remote Broadcast.

Terms and Conditions:

—Programs shall be of a quality and broadcast in a manner satisfactory to WMVR. All advertising copy, script or other matters to be broadcast shall be subject to the approval of station management. Advertiser agrees to protect and indemnify the station against any and all liability for libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, loss or expense arising from any claim or litigation involving any charge by third persons of violation or infringements of their rights in connection with the broadcasting of the advertiser’s programs. Either party may terminate this contract upon two weeks written notice. Upon such termination, advertiser will pay station any unearned discount that has been allowed, and/or station will refund the unearned portion of any advance payments made to it. Station may, at it’s discretion, take all or any part of the time allotted to a program for events of unusual importance, or may because of operating conditions omit any program. In such cases, it may transfer the program to another time, or, at the discretion of the advertiser, eliminate the program entirely. Station is not liable for temporary failure or impairment of transmission, for any reason, or for temporary interruption in or delays in furnishing programs, nor is station liable for extended interruption or omission of programs beyond a pro rata reduction for the program interfered with. Advertiser agrees that the station may deduct from any period of five minutes or longer not more than thirty seconds for station break purposes. This contract shall be subject to the terms of the parties’ several licenses, to all laws now or hereafter in force and to existing or future regulations by duly authorized governmental agencies. Advertiser agrees to deliver all script announcements, electrical transcriptions and other material for broadcast not less than two days prior to each broadcast. This agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the advertiser unless agreed to by the station. “Note: Dean Miller Broadcasting Corporation and Radio Station WMVR FM do not and shall not discriminate, in any way on the basis of race or gender, respecting their advertising practices.”
