ORDINANCE NO. 2013:10
AN ORDINANCE TO Amend Chapter XIX, OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW MILFORDEntitled “Parksand Recreation,”Section 19-3, FESS
WHEREAS, the Recreation Commission of the Borough of New Milford have Reviewed Chapter XIX, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough entitled “Parks and Recreation” and made recommendations with regard to fees; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor and Council of the Borough of New Milford wish to amend Chapter XIX, Section 19-3as follows:
19-3FEES FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS
- The following schedule of fees shall be charged for recreational programs as follows:
Softball$40 single, $60 double, $75 family
Summer Program$110 single, $160 double, $200 family
Soccer$40 single, $60 double, $75 family
Indoor SoccerFee set by Travel League
Basketball$40 single, $60 double, $75 family
Wrestling $40 single, $60 double, $75 family
Aerobics$35 every 10 weeks
Arts & Crafts$20 every 10 weeks
Art $20 every 10 weeks
Quilting$20 every 10 weeks
Men’s Basketball$10 every 10 weeks
Volleyball$10 every 10 weeks
Men’s Softball$50 per person
Women’s Softball$50 per person
Field Rental$100 per event
Tennis Keys$10 per key

Lower levels – non-carded teenagers per game
1st year - $12.00
2nd year - $15.00
3rd year - $18.00
4th (+) years - $20.00
Upper levels – carded umpires
$53.00 per game
(b)Basketball
One man game - $53.00
Two men game - $43.00
One man game clinic $38.00
(c)Soccer
Lower divisions – non-carded teenagers per game
1st year - $12.00

Upper division – carded officials
$53.00 per game
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Council that said schedule be adopted by Mayor and Council of the Borough of New Milford that said schedule be incorporated into the Parks and Recreation Ordinance of the Borough of New Milford, New Jersey.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the remainder of this ordinance remains unchanged and that this amendment shall become effective upon passage and publication in accordance with law.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the New Milford Recreation Commission.
