The Bonani course has been a revelation to me; it is truly a character building process. Initially when you begin your journey with Guarantee Trust, you have a lot of doubt in your mind about the type of training you’ll receive and the skills you’ll obtain. This is because you still have to experience it all, for you to be convinced beyond any doubt. Once you get into the swing of things, you are captured by the positive spirit of all the hopeful students and the constructive guidance given by Guarantee Trust staff.
The skills and life lessons engraved in our hearts and minds will shape our lives, others and the world in a positive way. Choosing to stick with the course was one of the best decisions I made this year. Continue the splendid work and continue to nurture the future leaders of banking, finance and even this great country of ours.“Big ups” and “shout-outs” to Kevin Wakely- Smith and Alan Murray. Their initiative has provided a solution to a major problem in our society. In my books, these gentlemen should receive a lifetime achievement award from government, the corporate world or even past Guarantee Trust students who have become a success as a result of the Bonani Program.

It has been a long road with a number of humps and bumps. The program was something we never imagined it to be, some of our expectations did not even come close to what this was about.
I am a new person because of this program. It feels like I was in a panel-beating process. I feel polished and brand new. Guarantee Trust has removed all my improper ways of doing things. I am more familiar with the workplace and what actually goes on there. I now have skills that I never thought I would have in my life. What I have learnt here could not be instilled in me anywhere else. I am happy that Guarantee Trust gave me this opportunity.
The ball is now in my court; I must deliver and apply what I have learnt here. To Fasset and Guarantee Trust, I say thank you for removing our shackles and replacing our insecurities with only the best skills ever!

Being on this program has changed my life and I must say I like the new me because I’m now positive about life and I’ve also learnt to accept myself just the way I am. When I first came here I was so scared because I stutter. I was so self-conscious because of it but now I have improved a lot because of The Communication Course, it really helped me. I’m now able to get my communication across and it’s so amazing how powerful communication is.
I have realized a lot of things here at Guarantee Trust. I have realized that you can have all the knowledge but it only becomes powerful if applied. I’ve also realized that there is a big difference between learning and studying and that if you have the willingness to study you can study anything and excel in it. I’ve never gone for an interview but if I do go for one in future I’ll nail it because I now have a better understanding of what is expected of me. The Interview Skills Course taught me a lot, I now know how to dress for an interview and know what I should and shouldn’t do during the interview.
Being here has really prepared me for the workplace and has taught me about life skills. I’m really grateful for this wonderful opportunity and I don’t think I would ever get another opportunity like this in my life again. This place really transforms lives and they are doing a fantastic job! Keep it up guys, God will bless each and every one of you for what you are doing.

The day when Guarantee Trust accepted me on their program, was the day my life changed forever. Previously I lacked so much skill in the technical side of Accounting. I thought that no-one could teach me anything about Accounting, kind of arrogant of me! This program proved me wrong and showed me that I actually know nothing about Accounting. As for The Dictionary Course I gained knowledge and skill on how to clear things that I misunderstand, how to understand Accounting and to never doubt myself. This program has shown me a different side of what I believe goes on in the corporate world. It taught us about business etiquette and professional behaviour. They even taught us interview skills. Yes! Some would say that it is unnecessary and a waste of time.
I will say that the course showed and taught me things I didn’t know. It has broadened my knowledge and strengthened me to tackle any interview or whatever opportunity may come my way with confidence; because of this program I can now handle any trials and tribulations I may face or so I believe. I just want to thank Fasset and Guarantee Trust for the wonderful opportunity because now I can spread my wings with confidence and fly into this world and make you guys proud!

When I started the program I had no idea what to expect. I had no idea the program would be so awesome. When I wrote the assessment, prior to being accepted onto the program, I wasn’t sure this was the right program for me. There is so much I have learnt, I have discovered that I am a bright student who struggled academically because of incorrect study methods. Now I know I will succeed academically because of the skills I have acquired. I am more hopeful now about my academic future than ever before.
The technical courses were very helpful and I now realise that I chose the right career because I enjoy accounting. Accounting is challenging and interesting, I love it.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Fasset and Guarantee Trust for accepting me onto the program. What I have learnt and discovered about myself is priceless. As I go out to face the exciting world of work I know I am going out there armed and ready to face whatever comes my way. I will endeavour to uphold the good name of Guarantee Trust by being excelling, working hard and being professional at all times.

This has been one of the greatest experiences of my life so far. I gained a lot of knowledge about my field. I also grew as a person and met a bunch of interesting individuals. I like the fact that I learnt something from each one of them. The students’ supervisors, other staff members and management are all good people and it was very nice to be surrounded by nice people every day.
I even gained a few kilos while on the program, so my relatives and neighbours say! I am happy and no matter how successful I become in the future, I won’t forget Guarantee Trust. I hope Fasset will continue to fund Guarantee Trust because without this program some of us would be in the streets with our qualifications. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The Bonani 16 program has changed my life, mentally and spiritually. During each and every single hour I spent on this program I learnt new things that have developed my knowledge, skills and ability.
