Royer/County Line Road - LDP July 15, 2011 All County & Associates submitted an application, plan and waiver request letter. December 19, 2011 the Board of Commissioners approved all recommended waivers andResolution #12-3-11the ConditionalFinal Plan Approval. May 7, 2012 Board of Commissioners approved the building permitto begin construction of the pole building. No new correspondence received.

Mildred Frey Minor Annex. – Final – 436 & 516 N. Reading Avenue

December 18, 2008 Aston Surveyors submitted an application, plan and engineering review waiver request. April 2, 2012, due to inactivity on the plan, the Board of Commissioners directed Solicitor Karver to prepare a Resolution to remove the plan from the Township books. April 19, 2012 Solicitor Karver sent a letter to Aston Surveyors requesting update on applicant’s intentions and notice to withdraw plan. No new correspondence received.
