Bauman Estate Subdivision final plan, Earl Township

- Letter submitted from Colebrookdale Township Planning Commission recommending approval of waiver of plan submission and review process

- Plan review letters from Earl Township Engineer and Berks County Planning Commission

- July 18th, 2011 received copy of letter to Kaiser Construction Co., from Gilmore & Associates with attached remedial action punch list

Plan Status –No Correspondence received since 07/18/11

Westwood’s Subdivision – Preliminary Plan – Route 562.

September 10, 2009 Township requested confirmation of active plan fromDouglass Township. November 11, 2009 Township Manager received confirmation from developerand his attorneyto keep the plan on active status. Thereview period for the plan is to expire on September 29, 2011. No action required at this time.

Mildred Frey Minor Annex. – Final – 436 & 516 N. Reading Avenue

December 18, 2008 Aston Surveyors submitted an application, plan and engineering review waiver request. That day the Township Planning Commission accepted the plan, submitting to the Commissioners a recommendation letter that

a formal engineering review bewaived with the condition the Township Engineer reviews the final legal descriptions for each parcel. The Board requested a meeting with the Aston Surveyors. January 19, 2009 John Aston met with the Commissioners and they asked, as a condition of waiving a formal engineering review, improvements be made to the alley along lots A & B, mainly grading and stone. Mr. Aston will take the request back to the applicant.

September 8, 2009 CEO Stauffer informed the Board that John Aston recently asked him if theCommissionersmade a decision on the plan. CEOStauffer asked him to inquire if Mrs. Freywill make improvements tothe alleyway. May17,2011 the Township received a letter from Attorney Karver with an attached copy of a

letter he received May 6, 2011 from Attorney O’Connell stating he would consult with Mrs. Frey as to her intentions to comply with the Township’s request. No action required at this time.
