The Board will attend a Field Trip on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, to the Newfield Production Facility near Myton, Utah, and Simplot Phosphate Mine near Vernal, Utah. The Field Trip will depart at 6:30a.m. from the Division Office located at 1594 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. The public is invited to attend. Members of the public attending must provide their own transportation and lunch.
A Public Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013, in the Multipurpose Room at the Uintah Basin Applied Technology College, 1100 East Lagoon Street, Roosevelt, UT 84066.

THE BOARD WILL HEAR THE FOLLOWING MATTERS AT 9:00 AM:
1. Docket No. 2013-010 Cause No. RO&G-2013-01 – In the Matter of FORMAL RULEMAKING to Repeal and Reenact the Oil and Gas Regulatory Program R649-9 Rules for Waste Management and Disposal.
(This matter is continued from the April hearing. The Board will accept public comment.)
2. Docket No. 2013-014 Cause No. 139-104 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of NEWFIELD PRODUCTION COMPANY for an Order pooling all Interests in five drilling units established by the Board’s Orders entered in Causes Nos. 131-51, 139-8, And 139-90 in Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, Section 27, Township 3 South, Range 2 West, and Sections 17, 20, and 29, Township 3 South, Range 3 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah.
(The Board will consider the recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law generated by the hearing examiner from the May 15, 2013 hearing.)

Docket No. 2012-042 Cause No. 139-99 – In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action of NEWFIELD PRODUCTION COMPANY for an Order pooling all Interests in three drilling units established by the Board's Orders entered in Causes Nos. 131-51 and 139-90 in Sections 2 and 8, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, and Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 2 West, U.S.M., Duchesne and Uintah Counties, Utah.
