Talking Therapies / · Counselling- The counsellor offers you the opportunity to explore any issues that are important or are of concern to you, in a caring, non-judgmental space.
· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- concentrates on exploring any unhelpful behaviours or negative thought patterns. Instead of focusing on the causes of your distress or symptoms in the past, it looks for ways to improve your state of mind now.
